Who we are
This website is run by BP Chiropractic Sdn Bhd (1378494-X), trading as BP Chiro, which operates chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics in Johor, Klang Valley and Penang. We handle your personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you use our booking or enquiry forms we collect your name, email address, preferred clinic and the concern you describe. We also record the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you clicked and your country. If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we keep that conversation. At the clinic we keep the health and treatment records needed to care for you, which the PDPA treats as sensitive personal data.
How we use it
We use your data to reply to enquiries, book and manage appointments, provide and record your care, follow up after visits, process purchases and improve our services. We only send promotional messages if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it and the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools may set cookies and collect your device, browser and usage information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.
Who we share it with
We share data only with our clinic team and with service providers that help us run the site and our operations, such as website hosting, Google and Meta, and messaging services. These providers may store data outside Malaysia. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and clinical records for the period required by law and professional standards. After that we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access limited to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your data has been misused.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent, or limit how we use it, including for marketing. We may need to confirm your identity first. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide some services.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
